Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training & Content Governance Coordinator to manage publication, placement, quality, and governance of learning content across approved platforms. You will coordinate intake through completion, maintain project tracking, manage reviews, and ensure content is accurate and easy to find.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating learning content across multiple assignments and stakeholder reviews.
• Working knowledge of learning management systems and content repositories.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to apply standards and maintain accurate records with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Content Publishing & Governance: manage placement, publication, archival, and retirement of materials across Mindtickle, SharePoint, catalogs, and other repositories.
• Workflow & Project Coordination: track scope, requirements, dependencies, owners, deadlines, status, risks, and next actions.
• Quality Assurance & Communications: proof and publish weekly highlights; review materials for accuracy and audience fit.
• REPH Workflow Coordination: coordinate live-training breakdowns and GTM workflows with creative lead; manage timelines and deliverables.
