LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the United States is seeking a Training & Content Governance Coordinator to manage publication, placement, and ongoing governance of learning content across Mindtickle, SharePoint, catalogs, and other repositories.

You will coordinate intake through completion, maintain project tracking, lead reviews, and ensure materials are accurate, current, and easy to find while collaborating with subject matter experts and Sales Enablement stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating learning content, digital content, or related projects across multiple assignments and stakeholder reviews.
• Working knowledge of learning management systems, sales readiness platforms, content repositories, or similar digital platforms.

Aufgaben

• Publish and govern learning content across Mindtickle, SharePoint, catalogs, and other repositories.
• Track scope, assets, approvals, deadlines, and status from intake to completion.
• Perform QA reviews on materials, ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Coordinate recurring live-training breakdowns and related workflows with the REPH creative lead.
• Identify workflow issues and contribute to process improvements.
