Job summary

Faith Technologies in Wisconsin seeks a Training Content Developer to create and manage engaging learning materials for technical and non-technical training programs. You will translate SME knowledge into clear, accessible content aligned with adult learning principles and organizational goals.

Working with SMEs, Product managers, and Engineering teams, you’ll develop blended materials, including instructor guides, workbooks, and multimedia assets, with proficiency in LMS and Storyline/Captivate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training content development or instructional design.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and maintain training content including video scripts, storyboards, and eLearning modules.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Product managers, Engineering and Aftermarket teams to convert technical information into learner-friendly content.
• Ensure content meets brand, accessibility, and quality standards.
• Adapt content for classroom, virtual, and self-paced learning formats.
• Incorporate interactivity, scenarios, and assessments to improve retention.
• Maintain version control and organize content within LMS or CMS.
