What Impact You'll Have
GRVTY is seeking a Technical Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (TechFISINT) Course Developer-Instructor to deliver course development and instruction.
What You'll be Owning
The TechFISINT Training Content Developer-Instructor will be responsible for:
- Providing engineering analysis and technical support and resolving tasks to completion.
- Processing data using mapping tools, algorithms, intelligence reports, and display tools.
- Identifying out-of-the-ordinary telemetry formats.
- Conducting FISINT signals analysis using particular computer software and hardware.
- Analyzing telemetry data to determine basic level of understanding of system performance characteristics and capabilities.
- Using FISINT terminology and documenting cohesive analytic findings in accordance with SIGINT and Telemetry Beaconry Analysis reporting standards.
- Developing accurate signal chronologies and determining relationships between related signals.
- Maintaining expertise in TechFISINT.
- Soliciting and receiving course feedback from students and others and integrating feedback into courses and presentations.
- Developing new TechFISINT courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring accuracy and currency of existing ones.
- Communicating effectively with others in the development process.
What You Must Have
A TechFISINT Developer-Instructor candidate will have 2 or more years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development (e.g., military courses, academia, industry classroom, or on-the-job instruction). Additional qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area), or 4 or more years of TechSIGINT collection, processing, and analysis experience (within the past 10 years).
- Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following:
- Python
- MATLAB
- Radio Frequency/Antennas
- Software Defined Radio (SDR) framework
- Signals Analysis
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph.
- If the candidate does not have a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical science major, 6 or more years of TechSIGINT experience (within the past 10 years).
Pay Range
At GRVTY, compensation is influenced by factors such as location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications. Our pay range for this role is $150,000 – $170,000 USD.
