Job summary

GRVTY seeks a Course Developer-Instructor for TechELINT to develop and deliver advanced technical training in support of national security programs at Fort Meade, MD. You will design and update courses, modules, and presentations, and ensure content stays accurate and current.

The role requires a technical degree, 8+ years of TechELINT experience, TS/SCI with polygraph, U.S. citizenship, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with analysts and instructors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major.
• 8+ years of TechELINT experience (within the past 15 years).
• If no technical degree, 10+ years TechELINT experience and completed SIGE courses or a tech paper.
• TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Soliciting and incorporating feedback into courses and presentations.
• Maintaining expertise in TechELINT.
• Developing new TechELINT courses, modules, and presentations.
• Using good communication skills when working with others in the development and presentation.
• Updating TechELINT teaching and course material.
