This role combines instructional design expertise, eLearning development, and stakeholder collaboration to create high-quality instructor-led and digital training programs.Key Responsibilities* Partner with Learning & Development teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and define learning objectives* Design and develop instructor-led training, eLearning courses, job aids, assessments, participant guides, and reference materials* Build engaging digital learning experiences using approved authoring tools, including **Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise preferred)*** Lead content gathering sessions, facilitate reviews, and incorporate stakeholder feedback throughout the development process* Manage course development projects, providing regular status updates and ensuring milestones are met* Conduct quality assurance reviews and LMS testing to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and learner experience* Maintain training materials, version control, and content libraries to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance* Support multimedia development, including voice-over recording, editing, and integration into learning solutions* Recommend instructional strategies that align with learner needs and business goalsQualificationsRequired* 5–10 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training* Experience developing both instructor-led and eLearning training solutions* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word), LMS platforms, and eLearning authoring tools* Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills* Strong project management, organization, and time management abilities* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPreferred* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field* Certifications in instructional design, training, or learning technologies* Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, and multimedia development tools *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
