# Technical Delivery ManagerApply**Job#: 3044944****Job Description:**Technical Delivery Manager**Location:** Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)Role OverviewThis role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of defined deliverables, which requires engagement across multiple teams within a project or program. The position ensures alignment across stakeholders and provides end-to-end visibility into delivery health, including scope, risks, timelines, and outcomes. The individual is accountable for ensuring execution meets client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, schedule, and cost by facilitating cross-organizational coordination and managing dependencies.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate and facilitate delivery governance routines, including kickoffs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.* Plan and manage delivery across multiple teams, including the coordination of inter-dependencies.* Drive risk, issue, and impediment management to ensure timely delivery.* Promote effective communication and collaboration across business and technology organizations.* Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership on delivery progress, risks, and schedule adherence.* Ensure alignment of execution with defined deliverable requirements through engagement with sponsors and stakeholders.* Enforce compliance with enterprise change management standards and processes.* Support resource planning and capacity alignment for delivery execution.Required Qualifications* Proven ability to manage delivery across global, matrixed teams.* Demonstrated experience leading the execution of technical solutions.* Strong track record in a similar delivery or project coordination role.* Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.* Ability to effectively engage with both business and technology leadership.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and negotiation.* High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.* Experience with program and project management frameworks.* Experience managing large-scale, complex initiatives.* Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed resource environment.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.* Familiarity with Agile scrum master responsibilities.Preferred Qualifications* Strong project management capabilities, either formal or practical.* Experience delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure initiatives.* Understanding of core infrastructure components such as OS, compute, storage, databases, and networking.* Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.* Proficiency in MS Project.* Experience in data analysis and executive-level presentation of insights. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
