Job summary

King County District Court is seeking two Training Consultants to develop and implement training materials for new and existing District Court employees. You will design curricula and conduct in-person, virtual, and web-based training to enhance staff technical skills.

This role operates in a fast-paced, high-tech environment across District Court locations, using Articulate 360 and Microsoft Office tools to deliver engaging learning experiences and collaborate with stakeholders across the

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in instructional design or classroom instruction.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Self-starter who can juggle multiple projects and apply creativity.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, coordinates, schedules, and conducts training and develops curriculum content—in-person, virtual, web-based.
• Develop, write, and collaborate on court-related processes and procedures.
• Design learning activities, assignments, and assessments to create effective learning experiences.
• Edit content to align with updates and the training plan objectives.
• Provides training at all District Court locations.
• Evaluates training effectiveness via evaluations, surveys and other methods.
• Recommends and implements process and training improvements.
• Maintains relationships with KCDC stakeholders including Judges and staff.
