NewGen Technologies is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and revise IT training courses and catalogs. You will prepare instructor and student materials, including manuals, workbooks, handouts, and certificates, and deliver formal in-person or virtual sessions.

You will lead knowledge capture sessions, create visual information maps, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to accelerate onboarding and knowledge transfer using ADDIE and lean-agile practices.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• MBI Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with 4 years of experience in federal or commercial industry.
• 2+ years of experience with lean-agile squads and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience using ADDIE methodology to create and deliver IT training.
• Experience with SAP Concur, WalkMe, and/or Federal Travel Regulations.
• Experience working with clients, internal stakeholders, and business partners.
• Experience leading client interactions, workshops, etc., either virtual or in-person.
• Experience in creating or modifying existing documentation to support the subject.
• Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and revise training courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs.
• Prepare all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).
• Prepare all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
• Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Prepare visual information maps.
• Conduct knowledge capture sessions and develop innovative methodologies for accelerating time to knowledge and capabilities when onboarding new staff.
