Job summary

Hanna's House is seeking a Training Specialist to assess training needs, develop structured programs, and ensure compliance across departments. You will design, facilitate, and evaluate learning initiatives aligned with ORR, Title 22, and internal policies.

Travel weekly to partner sites is required. Responsibilities include crafting manuals and e-learning modules, monitoring certifications, and collaborating with HR and leadership to enforce policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of 3 years developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong knowledge of ORR policies, Title 22, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual trainings on federal/state regulations and agency policies.
• Design, revise, and evaluate training materials and e-learning modules.
• Track training records, issue certificates, and ensure compliance.
• Travel weekly to sister facilities to provide hands-on training.
