ACLD is seeking a Training & Compliance Facilitator in Bethpage, NY. This role designs and implements the vocational staff training program, develops curriculum, and oversees scheduling, billing and compliance for the Vocational department.

You will provide orientation and ongoing training to job coaches and job developers, assist coordinators to ensure high-quality services, maintain the monthly calendar, and contribute to quarterly reports.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education or related field, strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year experience working in the field.
• Clean, valid NYS Driver's License.

ACLD’s Training and Compliance Facilitator provides training to Vocational staff, participate in Vocational department billing and compliance processes and oversee the departments scheduling of staff and assignments.

In this position, you will:

• Design and implement the vocational staff training program
• Develop curriculum and training materials to ensure a well-trained workforce
• Provide orientation and ongoing training to all job coaches and job developers
• Through training and observation assist the coordinators as requested to ensure ongoing provision of services in compliance with all internal and regulatory quality assurance and corporate compliance standards; provide refresher training sessions as indicated
• Maintain monthly vocational calendar
• Input monthly information necessary to complete quarterly reports
• Provide job coaching services, as needed
• Other duties as assigned

We require:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education or related field, strongly preferred
• Minimum one year experience working in the field
• Clean, valid NYS Drivers License
