ACLD in Bethpage, NY is seeking a Training & Compliance Facilitator to design and deliver vocational staff training and oversee scheduling, billing, and compliance processes within the Vocational department.

You will develop training curricula, provide orientation to job coaches and developers, maintain the monthly calendar, and support QA standards while contributing to quarterly reporting and client services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education or related field, strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year experience working in the field.
• Clean, valid NYS Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement the vocational staff training program.
• Develop curriculum and training materials to ensure a well-trained workforce.
• Provide orientation and ongoing training to all job coaches and job developers.
• Through training and observation assist the coordinators as requested to ensure ongoing provision of services in compliance with all internal and regulatory quality assurance and corporate compliance standards; provide refresher training sessions as indicated.
• Maintain monthly vocational calendar.
• Input monthly information necessary to complete quarterly reports.
• Provide job coaching services, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

ACLD’s Training and Compliance Facilitator provides training to Vocational staff, participate in Vocational department billing and compliance processes and oversee the departments scheduling of staff and assignments.

In this position, you will:

• Design and implement the vocational staff training program

We require:
