A defense contractor in Idaho seeks a Training Support Center Lead to oversee training operations for the Army National Guard. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, providing technical support, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring operational readiness. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in training support operations and be able to obtain a DoD SECRET Clearance. This is a full-time position requiring some travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training support center operations.
• Valid licensing and training for operating government vehicles and forklift machinery required.
• Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET Clearance.

• Provide on-site training and technical instruction at training centers.
