Job summary

Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. leads contract efforts for Army National Guard training and range support, providing integrated logistical support across ARNG centers and DoD/ federal agencies.

The Training Support Center Lead will oversee TSC personnel, supervise TADSS assets, and ensure adherence to AR 350-52 while coordinating on-site training operations nationwide. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in training support center operations and Army National Guard training

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training support center operations or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Army National Guard Training programs.
• Valid licensing to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles and/or forklift prior to and throughout the contract.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Training Support Center personnel and manage TADSS assets.
• Provide on-site training center support operations.
• Operate training devices and simulators; maintain the STE environment.
• Draft and revise training materials to reflect current regulatory procedures.
• Assist unit trainers in conducting individual and crew training; ensure safety and compliance.
