Qualifikationen

• Admission to the New York State Bar and two years of legal experience, or six months as an Agency Attorney Intern.
• Selected candidates must remain a NY Bar member in good standing for the duration of employment.
• Teaching/training background is preferred to enhance program delivery.

• Develop and direct robust training initiatives for OGC Special Education Case Management.
• Create complex training materials and e-learning modules for internal teams.
• Provide training support for IHO, ERES, IU and related units.
• Ensure CLE certification compliance and monitor training outcomes.
