Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, is seeking a Training Assistant III to support on-site training operations in Colorado Springs, CO. The role focuses on managing the SCN training database, scheduling instructors and students, and processing graduation requirements.

This position requires 4–6 years of training administration and a current SECRET clearance. On-site work is required, with pay in the $25.00–$30.10 per hour range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Create, schedule, and manage SCN courses in the PEX training management database throughout the full course lifecycle.
• Assign students and instructors, input grade sheets and results, and track module completion and re-teaching records.
• Process graduation requirements and complete AF Form 4419 (Record of Training).

Scheduling & Reporting

• Schedule and deconflict training classrooms, facilities, and simulators for SCN training activities.
• Compile and analyze training metrics, including student throughput, facility availability, and training wait times.
• Gather and compile student/instructor feedback and after-action reports (AARs) following each class or course iteration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4-6 years of relevant training administration, records management, or scheduling experience.
• Working proficiency with database entry, scheduling tools, and standard office software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring reporting deadlines.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Applicants selected may be offered but cannot begin work until funding has been confirmed.
