What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to schedule and organize training events
  • Prepare training documentation, including manuals and handouts for participants
  • Maintain product inventory and training calendars using various systems
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of training certificates for participants

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Accredited Senior High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma / GED (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in job training programs, major projects, or related activities may substitute for education
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
