Job Title: Learning Systems Support Specialist 2

Pay Rate: $30/HR

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote (Located in the Eastern time zone)

Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM

This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.

We are looking for a Learning Systems Support Specialist 2

  • This position is expected to contribute to the administrative tasks for the digital solution of the area training delivery, as well as to provide application management service in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, and thus contribute to team results.
  • Position focuses on analyzing, administering, clarifying, or documenting processes, technologies, and systems, which include:
  • Clarification, documentation, and review of application-relevant topics, including Application baselining, AMP documentation, operational manual, HDPR, risk review and mitigation, and access review
  • Support Administrative tasks within the Event Management Tool and the Learning Management System
  • Support Maintenance Activities of Administrate (a Learning management tool/event management tool), etc.
  • SENSE Support tickets (SENSE is a support ticket tool that allows customers to ask for assistance with the Administrate tool)

  • Basic knowledge of Learning Management System and/or Event Management System
