Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with adult learning theory and instructional technologies
• 3+ years of experience with the DoD or IC
• 2+ years of experience with technical training development, including training for technical systems
• Experience authoring instructional materials, learning objectives, and knowledge and performance tests
• Experience facilitating or instructing material
• Experience with competency frameworks
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Designing training that centers on the learner and client needs
• Collaborating with SMEs and product owners to capture training requirements
• Creating engaging training materials and performance support tools
• Producing training for on-screen and classroom delivery
• Using Kirkpatrick or similar models to evaluate training outcomes and refine content
• Integrating training into broader knowledge management systems when appropriate
