Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to strengthen workforce capabilities on a TS/SCI clearance program. You will design, deliver, and oversee training initiatives to enhance employee competencies and career progression.

You will plan quarterly and annual training programs, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing for program materials. A minimum of 10 years in training is required, with strong communication and LMS experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
• Experience designing training programs and workshops.
• Ability to lead a full training cycle is preferred.
• Experience with learning management software is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal & time-management skills.
• Fluent in either French or Arabic and English languages.
