American Senior Communities is seeking a Training and Talent Development Manager (Creative Design) to drive employee growth through innovative learning solutions, both virtual and in-person, and to act as a strategic partner for leadership development.
You will apply instructional design methodologies, measure program impact against business goals, leverage data to refine strategies, and align development initiatives with organizational priorities across the portfolio.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner, aligning talent development strategies with organizational priorities, and focusing on leadership development. You will apply strong instructional design methodologies to design, develop, and facilitate impactful learning experiences—both virtual and in-person. Additionally, you will leverage data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness, measure impact against business goals, and continuously refine development strategies.
