Your Role in Our Mission

• Collect, analyze, and report on training data to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to present training metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement based on data insights.
• Collaborate with training leaders to refine data collection methods and reporting standards.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or training analytics.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
• Experience designing training metric reporting structures is preferred.
• Occasional travel for training transformation and program launches.

Role Expectations

• Full-time, permanent W-2 employee position.
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
• Opportunities for career advancement.
