Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with Fluorescence Microscopy and eukaryotic cell culture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.

Job description

As the Field Application Specialist for the Texas/Oklahoma/Arkansas region, you will be responsible for providing product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support throughout the customer's process, primarily for the Incucyte product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Sales team in promoting Incucyte instruments and reagents through presentations, demonstrations, and application reviews.
  2. Assist customers post-sale with instrument and application training, ongoing support, re-training, and troubleshooting.
  3. Provide feedback to Marketing and Product Management for product improvements and future development.
  4. Support Quality Department by troubleshooting and analyzing customer issues for investigation and resolution.
  5. Report on the competitive landscape encountered in the field.
  6. Travel domestically 30-50% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
  • At least 2 years' experience with Fluorescence Microscopy and eukaryotic cell culture.
  • Previous product and/or application support experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 49.9 pounds regularly.
  • Valid US driver's license.

Preferred:

  • PhD or Master's degree.
  • Experience with Incucyte.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to interact across various organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Customer-facing or customer-service experience if prior application support is lacking.
