Your Role in Our Mission

  • Collect, analyze, and report on training data to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to present training metrics to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with training leaders to refine data collection methods and reporting standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or training analytics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Experience designing new training metric reporting structures, preferred.
  • Occasional travel to support training transformation and new program launches.

What You Should Expect in This Role

  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
  • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
  • This position is intended for pipelining. We will accept applications on an ongoing basis until all related positions are filled.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00-$79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
