Job summary

Plateau Software Inc seeks an experienced Training Analyst for a DoW client in Arlington, VA. The role covers development and delivery of training material for in-person and virtual formats, with partial telework available at the client's discretion.

Responsibilities include creating instructor materials, maintaining a digital training site, quality QA, converting materials to new formats, scheduling courses, and mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is highly desired.
• Four or more years of experience in training development and delivery for a large organization.
• Two or more years of experience developing and delivering DoW training courses.
• Experience using CBT tools such as Adobe Captivate to create multimedia training materials.
• Experience using LMS such as Blackboard to manage training courses.
• Ability to write training scripts, develop storyboard plans, and edit training media.
• Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of instructor material and supporting job aids and reference materials.
• Maintain a digital training site to manage approved course offerings.
• Conduct quality assurance on all provided data.
• Lead conversion of traditional materials to new formats (video streaming, etc.).
• Assist in developing course master schedules.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting training presentations.
• Assist with system training, implementation, and data/recordings archiving.
• Mentor junior training analysts in material preparation and delivery.
