You will analyze needs with customer success teams and SMEs, then create engaging content like e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, videos, and user docs.

You will deliver through workshops, webinars, and self-paced courses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with system docs. Strong instructional design and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiar with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating e-learning modules and instructor-led training.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials.
• Deliver training through in-person workshops, webinars, and self-paced courses.
