LMS Administrator/Training Associate - SuccessFactors

Position: LMS Admin – Training Associate - SuccessFactors (100% Remote)

Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:
  • Training Administrative Tasks:
    • Oversee administrative activities for Pharm Sci Training Group in PLA-MEL (SuccessFactors)
    • Create items, classes, alternate job codes, curricula, assign and retire items, process item credits, etc.
    • Support LMS clean-up projects for Pharm Sci Training Group
    • Assist with questions about LMS for Pharm Sci Training Group
  • Additional Support:
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives
    • Assist with development and maintenance of departmental PLA-MEL/BO job aids
    • Attend team meetings
    • Provide reporting and analysis on Pharm Sci SOPs and training efforts
    • Generate Business Objects reports
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience with SuccessFactors
  • Experience in data compilation, reporting, and analysis related to training policies and procedures
  • Experience entering courses, job codes, and ensuring SCORM compliance
  • Experience in creating departmental job aids
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Highly organized and analytical
