We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy LMS Administrator to support our Clinical Education team and manage our Learning Management System (Numotion Academy of Mine). What You’ll DoAs our LMS Administrator, you’ll:
Serve as the primary admin for our LMS platform, owning all aspects of its management and functionality
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and organize engaging online training content
Ensure learning programs are aligned with business goals and up-to-date through regular audits
Troubleshoot LMS issues and liaise with vendors for technical support and updates
Provide support to internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery and access to training materials
Analyze course performance data and recommend improvements for better learner outcomes
Support the Director of Clinical Education with administrative tasks as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
2–4 years of experience managing an LMS and/or developing eLearning content
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’ll be working with diverse teams
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning new technologies
Creative, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset
Experience with Academy of Mine or similar LMS platforms
Understanding of accessibility in eLearning and inclusive design
Ability to balance multiple priorities and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
