The role you will contribute:
This position is responsible for the daily management of the Epic implementation training curriculum and classes in the AdventHealth Learning Management System (LMS). With direction from the Epic Training Director and Training Analytics Manager, this position will support the Epic training team's needs by maximizing the use of the SABA LMS and related processes. T.he LMS Administrator is a subject matter expert concerning the platform's capabilities and the Epic Training Team's needs. In addition to the training team, this position will work closely with the AH LMS team.
The value you will bring to the team:
Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and refinement of the Epic content in the LMS for the Epic implementation and ongoing Epic needs.
Act as liaison and in tight coordination between the AH LMS administration team and the AIT Epic Training Team
Collaborate with Epic Training Director and Managers to establish reporting priorities and performance tracking
Run and configure Epic training reports and distribute on timeline established by Epic leadership
Works with AIT Epic & Market communications teams to ensure data accuracy for organizational readiness
Familiarize LMS Administrators on Epic content and build within AH LMS
Support LMS Administrators building audiences within AH LMS for Epic
Build and maintain the Epic classes and curriculum in the AH LMS
Perform routine QA of One Epic Journey classes and curriculum in AH LMS to ensure accurate documentation of training completion
Format and upload Epic’s eLearning modules in AH Epic remote content server
Arrange and participate in meetings and project team activities
Additional duties as required
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in business or technology field OR 8 years of experience in a related technology field Required
2 in LMS software administration Required
Preferred Qualifications:
Working in healthcare system IT or learning environment Preferred
LMS administration experience in Saba LMS environments Preferred
with Epic, especially in Training Preferred
with Shared Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) conformant instructional objects Preferred
