Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Training Assistant IV to support ICC/ECC courses in Colorado Springs, CO. The role includes HQ-level training support, reporting, and coordination with MD 31 HQ staff to ensure successful course delivery.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 6+ years in training administration, and an active SECRET clearance. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of training administration, records management, or scheduling experience.
• Strong written communication skills for leadership-level reporting.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration and scheduling of ICC/ECC courses (about 11 iterations per year).
• Coordinate, schedule and deconflict course dates for staff and instructors.
• Maintain ICC/ECC curriculum, lesson plans, presentations, and materials.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual staff training reports from PEX for HQ.
• Publish the integrated training schedule across MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Serve as the co-located HQ point of contact for training scheduling and reporting.
