Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, is seeking a Cyber Forensic Analyst IV to work in Colorado Springs, CO. The role develops and maintains cyber training courseware for MD 31's Cyberspace Support Unit, creating qualification materials for CDO, Incident Responder, and Cyber Crew Lead positions.

You will hold required DoD 8140 Advanced-level certifications and GIAC credentials, maintain currency, and collaborate with leadership to modernize training materials for cyber defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of cybersecurity, digital forensics, or cyber training development experience.
• Two DoD 8140 Advanced-level certifications—one of which must be GCFA/FOR508 or GNFA/FOR572.

Responsibilities

• Cyber Courseware Development: Review, revise, and create cyber courseware and evaluation instruments for CDO, IR, and CCL positions.
• Certification & Currency Management: Maintain two mandatory DoD 8140 Advanced-level certifications; GCFA/FOR508 or GNFA/FOR572; ensure currency.
• Support quality control and modernization of cyber training materials in coordination with Training Development leadership.
