Klöckner Pentaplast Europe GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Training Administrator to manage new hire and annual training, plus related clerical duties tied to training and organizational development programs.
You will lead safety, quality, and Lean manufacturing training, maintain training records, schedule sessions, and support the Apprenticeship program while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

High School Diploma or equivalency; Associate’s Degree preferred; five to eight years related experience and/or training with one to two years of supervisory/leadership experience in a plastics/polymer manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/SAP/BDE.
