You will provide technical support to ensure products are manufactured safely, on time and in full while leading risk assessments, audits and training in a plastics/polymer manufacturing environment.

Summary:
Support the F&L Manager by coordinating and directing the daily, tactical activities of the F&L Department with a focus on safety, quality, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide the technical support and guidance needed to ensure that quality products are safely manufactured, On Time and In Full (OTIF).

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalency; Associate’s Degree preferred; five to eight years related experience and/or training with one to two years of supervisory/leadership experience in a plastics/polymer manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have basic understanding of MS Office products, SAP, and BDE.
Pay Range for position: $30 - $36 an hour, depending upon experience
