Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an onsite Training Specialist at multiple levels (Jr, Intermediate, Sr) to support government-focused training initiatives in Rancho Cordova, CA. The role involves designing training materials and delivering live instructor-led sessions both virtually and onsite, with emphasis on new-hire programs for call-center operations.

The position requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, experience in creating instructional content, and the ability to refine materials

Qualifications

• Experience training employees on new programs, processes, platforms.
• Experience designing and developing training materials for technology implementations or system rollouts is preferred.
• Experience delivering live instructor-led training in both virtual and onsite settings.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and instructional skills.

Role is 100% onsite - worksites will be either in West Sacramento or Rancho Cordova, but ideal candidates are open to both locations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Rancho Cordova, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
