Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Training Specialist for a contract-based role stationed in Sacramento, CA. You will design and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs and end-user training for government initiatives, primarily for new hires in call-center operations.

You’ll refine training materials, conduct onsite classroom sessions, collect feedback, and help measure training effectiveness through assessments and KPIs. The position offers comprehensive benefits and full onsite work.

Job description

• Assist with the design and development of Train-the-Trainer and End-User training predominately new hires supporting call-center operations for government initiative
• Conduct onsite training sessions for new employees in classroom-based setting
• Refine training materials, including presentations, quick reference guides, job aids, and other instructional content as needed
• Potentially assist in training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators
• Participate in training rehearsals, dry runs, and continuous improvement cycles as needed
• Maintain training records and provide status updates to project leadership and supervisors

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Sacramento, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
