Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a Trainer Developer in Hunt Valley, MD to develop and deliver training for ARV and related platforms, with CONUS/OCONUS travel and opportunities across Land and Sea domains.

The role requires course development, SME support, and collaboration with engineering; a Bachelor’s degree in Unmanned Systems or a related field is preferred, with certifications such as Airframe and Powerplant or NATOPS advantageous. Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Develop and present training courses and materials for ARV and related systems.
• Provide technical and operational SME support for hardware/software development, testing, and utilization.
• Coordinate editing, production, and delivery of training materials and publications.
• Assess training methods and recommend improvements to qualify students effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and field training including initial qualification, refresher, and sustainment.
• Assist with plans for training and documentation tasks and read contracts for detailed requirements.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 50% depending on program needs.
• Support other Air, Ground, Surface, Weapons, or Electronic Warfare systems as needed.
