Job summary

Wing Assistant, a remote-first provider of virtual assistant services, is seeking a Customer Success Trainer in the United States to develop, support, and elevate the performance of our customer success managers.

The role combines coaching, quality assurance, and training delivery to drive long-term client success. You will coach CSMs, conduct QA reviews, and lead coaching plans and training sessions across time zones, leveraging a hybrid work model and CRM tools to ensure consistent performance.
