We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our Clinical Operations Team. We're looking for a Trainer who thrives on the road and in the room - someone who can walk into a new clinic, sit down with pharmacists, technicians, and clinic staff, and turn a brand-new software rollout into a confident, functioning workflow by the time they leave.
What You'll Do
Training Program Development:
- Develop training programs for clinic team members on specialty pharmacy workflow, including dispensing, patient care, prior authorization and financial assistance processes, communication, technology, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Create engaging training content using various formats (e.g., presentations, e-learning modules, workshops) to cater to different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Training Delivery and Facilitation:
- Deliver training to clinic staff on the House Rx platform and specialty pharmacy workflows.
- Provide retraining and coaching sessions for customer clinics identified as needing additional support or improvement.
- Deliver as-needed training sessions on specific topics related to clinical operations as they arise, ensuring timely response to evolving needs.
Content Management and Maintenance:
- Regularly review and update existing training materials to reflect current industry practices, regulatory changes, and organizational updates.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to incorporate best practices and latest research findings into training content.
- Maintain a repository of training resources and ensure accessibility for all team members.
Quality Assurance and Evaluation:
- Implement assessment tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Customer Success, and Product to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders, supervisors, and subject matter experts to gather insights and data that inform training strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote understanding and adoption of training programs.
About You

- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and e-learning tools/platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in training or education (e.g., ATD, CPT) is a plus.
