Trainer/Coach - Fort Worth

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Trainer/Coach to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. As a Warehouse Trainer & Performance Coach, you will be the driving force behind our floor's efficiency and safety. You will act as an active mentor responsible for onboarding new hires and upskilling veteran staff in the art of high-volume pick and pack operations. Your day-to-day involves conducting hands-on demonstrations of RF scanner technology, auditing packing techniques to minimize transit damage, and translating complex throughput goals into actionable habits for the team.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly
