  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct job-specific training for kitters, packaging associates, and scan operators.
  • Demonstrate proper work methods, equipment operation, and SOPs.
  • Train on warehouse safety policies, PPE, ergonomics, and housekeeping.
  • Monitor performance during training and provide coaching to improve productivity and quality.
  • Verify trainees understand quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Train on barcode scanners, WMS, and production documentation as required.
  • Observe performance and identify additional training opportunities.
  • Evaluate trainee progress and communicate updates to supervisors.
  • Assist with cross-training employees in multiple warehouse functions.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Reinforce attendance, policies, and company procedures.
  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a culture of safety.
  • Assist with process improvements and continuous training initiatives.
  • Perform periodic refresher training as needed.
  • Support production needs by working in warehouse operations as necessary.

Location: Houston, TX 77041
Shift: 1st shift 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday‑Friday (weekends and extended hours as needed)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $17.00 hourly

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct job‑specific training for kitters, packaging associates, and scan operators.
  • Demonstrate proper work methods, equipment operation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Train associates on warehouse safety policies, PPE requirements, ergonomics, and housekeeping standards.
  • Monitor employee performance during training and provide coaching to improve productivity and quality.
  • Verify associates understand quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Train employees on barcode scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and production documentation as required.
