Job summary

Cardinal Health in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound, replenishment and outbound operations. You will unload trucks, use RF scanners, and stock and pick items for outbound shipments within a climate-controlled facility.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, and work 12-hour shifts as needed. Training is provided for equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and voice-pick systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required/preferred.
• RF scanner and voice-picking experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks using pallet jack or similar devices.
• Scan and check in products with the warehouse management system.
• Store refrigerated products following regulations when required.
• Organize items in warehouse locations and stock for outbound shipments.
• Pick products and load onto outbound trucks.
• Cross-train across inbound, replenishment and outbound functions.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy by identifying items and maintaining quality standards.
