Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trainer to educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical teams while developing engaging training content. You’ll partner with nurses, physicians, and operational staff to serve as a trusted SME and mentor.

This remote role follows a Monday–Friday ET schedule, offering opportunities to apply clinical expertise in a corporate setting without direct patient care. You’ll leverage your RN license and ED/ER experience to deliver training materials,

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Clinical Trainer, you will use your clinical expertise to educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical team members while developing and delivering engaging training content. Working closely with physicians, nurses, clinical reviewers, and operational teams, you’ll serve as a trusted resource, mentor, and subject matter expert.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license required; Emergency Department (ER/ED) nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to distinguish between bedside clinical practice and corporate healthcare operations
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Experience developing and delivering training content and educational materials
• Adaptable, self-motivated professional with a proven foundation of accountability and work ethic
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Work Schedule & Environment:

• Dedicated standardized work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Remote corporate healthcare environment

Do You Have What It Takes:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Emergency Department (ED/ER) experience
• Charge Nurse, Preceptor, Training, or Mentoring experience a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology platforms
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
