Job summary

CorroHealth Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trainer to educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical teams while developing engaging training content. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and operational leaders to translate clinical knowledge into actionable training.

This role is ideal for clinicians transitioning from direct patient care to a corporate healthcare environment. The position offers a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET remote schedule, with no weekends or major holidays,

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Emergency Department (ED/ER) experience preferred.
• Charge Nurse, Preceptor, Training, or Mentoring experience a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology platforms.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical team members.
