Job summary

CSI is seeking a Trainer Assistant to support learning initiatives, onboarding sessions, and the creation of basic instructional materials for clients to understand fintech processes and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with trainers to develop content, conduct assessments, and provide 1:1 coaching while maintaining training records and coordinating logistics for both virtual and in-person sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years experience in training, customer service or operations in banking, or related fintech roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Basic understanding of fintech concepts such as digital payments, compliance basics, KYC, or customer operations.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative tasks.
  • Preferred: Experience with LMS tools, e-learning platforms, or workflow systems.
