Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) seeks a senior software leader to guide a team supporting loans and deposits initiatives. You will oversee development, maintenance, and technical delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

You will drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled strategies to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and accelerate client implementations through data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Experience developing REST APIs using C#, .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of API security concepts including OAuth2 and JWT.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of software development, system integration, and technical delivery processes.
• Experience using AI-enabled development and project management tools, including Azure DevOps.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to build effective partnerships across teams and departments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience developing REST APIs using C#, .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
