Job summary

CFS in Beloit, Wisconsin, is seeking a Training Specialist to shape employee development within a growing manufacturing environment. You will lead onboarding, coordinate with operations, engineering, and safety to implement hands-on training for equipment operation and workplace procedures.

You will create and update training content, including Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), support continuous improvement of training programs, and help build a culture where employee growth is a priority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with employee training, onboarding, or instructional development.
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.
