Position: Trainer
Shift: Weekdays Tues - Fri 8:00AM - 6:00PM
Pay: $20.00/hour

Role Purpose: Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Present training to associates and communicate effectively
• Evaluate associates’ RPM on ramp-up form and develop success steps
• Assist in creating work reference guides
• Conduct initial and cross training for associates and outside workers
• Support operations as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Certify associates for MHE
• Participate in the YOBE process
• Create system logins (e.g., SeeIT, JDA)
• Update on company goals and procedures
• Identify training needs
• Conduct BBS observations
• Participate in Safety Committee

Required Education and Experience:

• Related technical experience
• MHE experience (sit-down forklift and pallet jack)
• MHE experience (stand-up forklift, reach truck, clamp, slip), preferred
• Scrubber experience, preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
