The U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants seeks a Trainer for Children’s Services to develop and deliver essential training for staff involved in the services for unaccompanied children. This remote position requires a Bachelor's degree and strong experience in training and child welfare, along with a commitment to advancing the rights of refugees and immigrants.

OVERVIEW
The Trainer for Children’s Services is responsible for conducting onboarding for new staff, providing trainings as required by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and coordinating professional development opportunities for all staff in the Home Study & Post Release Services (HS/PRS) program. The position will be responsible for the development of training materials for both live and online self-paced trainings. This position reports to the Program Manager for Training and Staff Development.
