Job summary

Buckeye Partners is seeking an Apprentice Terminal Operator with 2+ years of related experience in terminal, pipeline or marine operations in the Oil & Gas industry to join our team. The role focuses on learning the operation and maintenance of terminal assets and supporting safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include handling receipt, storage, and distribution of petroleum products, with emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2+ years related experience in terminal, pipeline or marine operations.
• Understanding of pumps, meters, truck loading rack, and dock facility.
• Familiarity with petroleum industry helpful.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Train and apply knowledge for maintenance and repair of the terminal loading rack and equipment.
• Receive, store, and distribute petroleum products via pipeline, rail, and marine dock.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including health, safety and environmental.
