Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (age requirement)
• Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience required
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers
• Construct pre‑engineered post‑frame structures from start to finish
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans
• Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms
• Drive a one‑ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, full‑time, year‑round construction work
